The next round of building is currently taking place in Stages 4 and 6, and the sound of machinery is audible at Evoke. The completion of these phases represents a critical turning point in the development of the Evoke neighbourhood, which will bring 28 more townhomes to the precinct.

The L10 team is taking up this portion of the work. L10 delivers a respected approach to achieving the project idea to the greatest quality, having a keen awareness of the delicate balance between density and liveability.
